Product Details

World-first robotic unpacking system. The system features a six-axis articulated robot, multi-functional grippers, a bag-turning machine, various types of conveyor equipment, a wooden pallet stacker, waste handling and recycling machinery, and an advanced electrical control system—forming a fully integrated "flexible" production platform. It seamlessly performs key functions such as removing cigarette pack wrappers, transporting packs, recovering packaging materials and waste, and managing production data. The unpacking and material-handling cycle is completed in ≤90 seconds.

  1. Exclusive Model

FT532 Fully Automatic Robotic Unpacking System (Two Robots)

FT533 Fully Automatic Robotic Unpacking System (1 Robot)

  II. Handling Tobacco Package Types

Single-box cigarette packs, wooden plywood cigarette packs, sleeve-packed cigarette packs, or other packaging formats for cigarettes

  III. Brief Function Description

Our company has pioneered the use of robots to unpack cigarette packs—this is a groundbreaking product on a global scale. It involves mechanical equipment working in tandem with a specialized robotic system to systematically remove outer packaging materials (such as steel bands, PV straps, cardboard boxes, paperboard, wooden pallets, plastic films, and more) from raw tobacco packs, step by step, using various processing technologies—ultimately leaving behind just the bare cigarette pack itself.

Due to the varying forms of raw material cigarette pack outer packaging, the entire unpacking process and equipment also differ slightly. Targeted design is therefore required.

  4. System Capabilities

Depending on the type of raw material packaging, the system can handle up to 60 packages per hour.
